I’m the founder and Principal of Hawk Capital, a commercial mortgage consultancy focused on structuring customized financing for commercial real estate owners and investors.
Since entering real estate finance in 2016, I’ve arranged acquisition and refinance loans across major asset classes nationwide, working with banks, credit unions, agency lenders, life companies, CMBS lenders and debt funds.
My approach is hands-on: understand the deal, find the right capital source, negotiate the structure and stay on it until closing.
